Welcome to the Edge

I created Leaders on Edge during a season when both life and leadership felt heavy.

Somewhere between the chaos of healthcare, motherhood, and rediscovering myself, I learned that strength doesn’t always look steady. Sometimes, strength shakes.

What started as a personal reflection became something bigger — a space for real conversations about resilience, leadership, and the messy middle we all move through.

This isn’t about polished perfection or leadership buzzwords.
It’s about the heart work — the part that happens quietly between the moments of holding it together and letting it fall apart.

If you’ve ever felt stretched thin but still determined to grow, you’re in the right place.
Here, we dig deep roots, find our edge again, and remind ourselves that both can coexist.
